Mitch has developed a deep experience in construction, both residential and commercial. He has founded a number of enterprises in the real estate areana. He has published two books that focus on construction and real estate. Mitch has been interviewed on CNN as well as being quoted in a number of publications. His career has always been forward focused, trying to anticipate where the market is headed. Mitch holds a number of licenses related to construction and real estate services.

Carol is head of Business Development and has been working in the real estate industry for the past 25 years. A bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University, and a background in health and nutrition makes her perfectly poised to advance the vision of the Company and enhance the lives of those she meets.

Jefferson is the Florida State Certified General contractor responsible for all the engineering, structural design and construction for BOG. To help implement cutting-edge technology into day-to-day use, he works with engineers, scientists, researchers and all personnel involved as the head of the R&D department in our current business ventures. With an academic background in International Business, he can understand and assimilate different ideas. He is able to speak five different languages, relaxing the frontier barrier’s that normally exist between cultures thus allowing for Blue Oval Group to operate on an international scale.

Carpenter/Plumbing/Electrical

Manager, with over twenty years of experience in the construction of comfortable and energy-efficient buildings, aka Green Buildings, including residential and hospital facilities. Developing solutions to improve thermoacoustic performance, also both environmentally conscious and functional..

Umar is Revit/BIM & MEP Design expert, having worked in the construction & consulting industry for over 6 years. As an engineering graduate and Autodesk certified professional, he has gained valuable experience focusing on high-end residential, commercial, industrial, and complex building projects.

Ricardo has over a decade of construction & trade experience across residential renovations & additions, new residential & commercial construction and overseas all everyday activities & construction trades on site.

Daniela oversees all BOG accounting, finances, procurement and building permits. Fluent in three languages, she is an expert in accounting software and permitting processes from one municipality to another.
